There is no rhyme or reason why the shops are listed in the order they are! I listed them in the order that they came to mind as I went from town to town.
The difference between Thrift and Consignment is that most Thrift Stores own 100% of their own merchandise. Charity thrifts like Churches and Non-Profits get their items through a donation process. Other Thrifts will either go out into our community and buy items from Yard Sales, Estate Sales, etc to Curate their collection or have Buy Outright events where the community can bring their items in for Cash. Consignment shops help people sell their items and both parties get the money for the items after it sells.
